I have no idea why both exist. I think it's possible current_version was there in the first place and somehow it got transformed into a callable when boostraping the db tooling or something. It's irrelevant to the problem at hand anyway. I just cannot use the tooling to migrate the scrubber db currently. Related to T4284 Instead of D7906
