In effect, this stops deploying swh-worker@archiver service on node with role swh_storage. It was still running on uffizi node (and trying to connect to the now removed swh-archiver db). It most probably is still running on other storage*.euwest.azure nodes (I did not check yet). Annex: This also removes the objstorage-checker which were never deployed (code that is still living in the now archived swh-archiver repository).

Only on uffizi though since that node has also the swh-worker role with a list of one service (swh-archiver).
