Revert "Puppetfile: Fix typo in memcached module version"

This reverts commit 0901c7b360d7bf9b315a91b1539b34d667a01281.

Actually, the problem was:

• The swh repository is missing the tags (my bad)
• The official documentation is wrong about the version to

reference (it misses the v).
