Adapt logrotate configuration for webapp instances
On moma, the current logrotate stanza won't do anything:
root@moma:~# file /var/log/softwareheritage/webapp/swh-web.log /var/log/softwareheritage/webapp/swh-web.log: ASCII text, with very long lines
