keycloak: Override direct grant flow for swh-web client

Override direct grant flow for swh-web client by removing the Conditional
OTP flow execution.

This will prevent users that have configured OTP in their account to get
invalid creadentials error when trying to generate a bearer token for Web
API authentication.
