archive_coverage: Add new listed origin types
Add the following origin types for listers in development:
- Arch Linux
- Arch Linux User Repository
- Bower
- Crates
- Gogs
- Golang
- Hackage
- PubDev
Origin types with no listed origins will be automatically hidden
in production and staging.
