Add tests for revision_add() and content_find_first()

These tests uses the git repository

https://github.com/grouss/CMDBTS

as source to build the dataset (in tests/data/CMDBTS.msgpack).

See tests/generate_CMDBTS_dataset.py to generate the dataset file.
