rename wg.s.o to wiki.s.o
Closed, MigratedEdits Locked

Description

Our current "wg" wiki is in fact what will become the public wiki.
The current "intranet" can remain what it is, i.e., our private wiki.

The current pages in the "wg" wiki should be renamed to titles that clarify they are pages about working groups.

The current status after the mediawiki configuration refactoring is that https://wiki.softwareheritage.org/ and https://wg.softwareheritage.org/ point to the same mediawiki config file and installation (they're aliases of one another).

Did any deep-links to wg.softwareheritage.org get distributed?

If not, we can update https://wg.softwareheritage.org/ to redirect to https://wiki.softwareheritage.org/index.php?title=Working_groups which will allow https://wiki.softwareheritage.org/ to point to a new landing page.

Not that I'm aware of. But even if it were the case, nothing that people cannot easily re-find in the new website (or ask).

If not, we can update https://wg.softwareheritage.org/ to redirect to https://wiki.softwareheritage.org/index.php?title=Working_groups which will allow https://wiki.softwareheritage.org/ to point to a new landing page.

Please do. Thanks!

This is now done.
