Add to intrinsic metadata files to be indexed: AUTHORS and CONTRIBUTORS

Description

Credit and attribution files should be indexed as package manager files.
All contents of the file should be added to the indexed output in authors or in contributors properties.

  • Verify all the possible file names:
    • AUTHORS
    • AUTHOR
    • CONTRIBUTORS
    • CONTRIBUTOR
    • CONTRIBUTING
    • etc.

@theadversary:matrix.org pointed out the format of these files can vary greatly, eg. https://github.com/django/django/blob/main/AUTHORS vs https://archive.softwareheritage.org/browse/content/sha1_git:a6463d2ce390990c31c2f2fa8019606721f0ca13/?origin_url=http://git.savannah.gnu.org/git/gnugo.git

So this is a more difficult task than I expected.
