fully host the web UI on Azure

Description

In view of public launch of the browsing feature, we want to fully host the web UI on cloud premises, to reduce the number of SPOFs.

(That might need moving there or tweaking other services, which will be added as subtasks of this one.)

Like i mentioned orally, the webapp is now ready (using all services running on azure).

What's missing to close this is probably to browse it some more to check nothing breaks unexpectedly.

I did some browsing already but i don't think that's enough!
