Current design of swh-web is not optimal and could be more compact in order to gain more space
for displaying the archive contents. The following improvements could be applied:

• use a side-bar in browse for switching between the different features (currently Search/Help/Browse but will likely be extended over the time) instead of putting them in the top navbar
• remove the use of panels (cards in Boostrap 4.x) as the main layouts for swh-web pages: move their headers in the top navbar and use their contents as the main page layouts, this will allow to save consequent amount of spaces for displaying swh-web pages
• rework the way swh objects metadata are displayed as currently the use of collapsible panels takes too much spaces and is not really aesthetic
