can you group it with the other loading tasks?

This is no longer required.

The swh-loader-cvs repository should declare the tasks to register in the scheduler
which then installs what's necessary [1]. IMSMW, the task type should be created out of
the def load_cvs(...) as load-cvs in the task_type table in the scheduler db.
