Those jobs are no longer executed since quite a long time and they are
messing up the overall build report for a project in the Jenkins Web UI
so it is time to remove them.

See for instance swh-web build state on that page,
it is always reported as "not in great shape" as Jenkins uses the worst build job
state as health metric which here corresponds to a legacy build job.
