Summary

Add a way to launch the archiver director from command line in order to schedule it with cron.
Ref T240

Object storage and storage http servers now have the same --help description.
Also, add a security check for argument type of the port that must be an int.

Changing the configuration and cl arguments allows database's connection string abstraction.
